SalaryOur client, a prestigious educational institute located in Tottenham, is seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join their team ASAP on a temporary basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a school/educational institute, and a background in various finance roles. You will also require an Enhanced DBS.

Days: Monday to Friday (on site, potential for 1-2 days from home)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: North London, in office 5 days (Tottenham)
Pay: 14 per hour
Duties
- Creating Purchase Orders
- Obtain authorisation, coding and position PO's
- Raising cheques / BACS for PO's
- Making payments
- Reconcile petty cash and reports
- Journal entries on Accounting System
- Manage incoming and outcoming finance post
- Banking of cash and cheques
Skills & Experience
- Experience working in educational institute/school
- Precious role in finance
- Close attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Warm and welcoming personality
- Highly organised by nature
- Strong administrative skills
