Your role:
- Generate and send termly fee invoices.
- Manage credit control processes, escalating issues as needed.
- Maintain the sales ledger.
- Review and process daily email correspondence.
- Handle Direct Debit Collections, addressing queries and bounced payments.
- Oversee financial aspects of specific programs or funding.
- Reconcile accounts, including PayPal, and manage petty cash.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong mathematical, verbal, and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work to deadlines and effectively communicate queries or issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Honest and discreet when handling confidential information, with 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
