Finance Officer

New opportunity for a Finance Officer to join the team of a national charity based in South East/Central London. The ideal person needs to be proactive, and enthusiastic with first-rate interpersonal skills liaising with colleagues and clients at all levels throughout the organisation. Working closely and reporting to the Assistant Accountant key responsibilities include:-

• Managing weekly payments
• Coding receipts and payments to the Accounts Payable/Receivable Ledger
• Processing Direct Debits
• Resolving supplier and customer queries
• Supplier/customer reconciliations
• Credit Control
• Assist with month-end
