Our client is looking for someone to join the businesson a 12 month fixed-term contract as the Finance Service and Support Manager.Our client is in the higher education sector, based in the City Centre.
Your new role
You will be responsible for leading a team with theduties of all cash operations, back office administration and associatedongoing control and compliance activities. Oversee PCI DSS compliance to ensurecard-handling processes are maintained to the highest standards, consideringalternative ways to collect income in order to de-risk the business. Overseethe receipting of income, control of the businesses bank statements andreconciliations and control of outgoing payments.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will have:

• NVQ Level 4 or substantial relevant experiences/ A qualification in AAT, ACT, CIMA, ACCA
• Experience with banking processes, cash management, bank reconciliation, security within a cash environment and different payment acceptance solutions.
• Double entry accounting
• Knowledge of rules and regulations around cash handling and PCI DSS compliance
• Experience managing a team with responsibility for large volumes
