We are working with a rapidly growing construction-based business based in the Horsham area who are looking for someone to join them a Finance Supervisor / Accountant, on a Permanent basis. This exciting opportunity will be working in a well-established Finance Team as an integral part of the team. You will be supporting with change and progression, team management and growth as well as being a key point for the Finance team.
Although every day will be varied, presenting new chances to learn and develop yourself, day to day could include:
* Reporting, supporting with budgeting and forecasting
* Month end support
* Reviewing and processing expenses
* Monthly Payroll processes
* Dealing with any complex issues with suppliers and internal staff members
* Process improvement
* Overseeing transactional duties within the team
* Support with development of the team
* Various project support as needed
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who could be an AAT / ACCA / CIMA studier who is wanting to be able to be a role where the business will ensure they get vital experience to support their studies, you will be offered STUDY SUPPORT!
OR you could be in an SME business with no natural room for progression and want to merge in a bigger business where you can take a step up!
You will be working in a team of 6 (and growing!) with a great team atmosphere, they value and support their employees. They will aid their career aspirations and personal development plans.
