The British Library use Unit4 ERP (Business World) as their corporate finance system. The Finance Help Desk team are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the system, training new users, resolving issues and developing new solutions to improve the user experience and meet the Library's objectives.
The Business Analyst is responsible for: project managing the development and implementation of new solutions as defined by Senior Finance users and the business; working with the support offices and Unit 4 to resolve system issues; and ensuring that the team meet the Service Level Agreements for system performance.
