Role - Finance Systems Manager
Salary - £57k - £60k + £3.2k car allowance (non pensionable)
Location - Home Counties
Working Style - 1 day per/week but this is negotiable depending on your home location.
Company - Local Authority/Council
A good local authority client of mine in the Home Counties are seeking an experienced Finance Systems Manager on a permanent basis.
You will need to be a qualified Accountant as CCAB as a minumum but CIPFA is preferred.
You will ideally have a strong background in Systems Accountancy positions and have previous experience of Line Managing a small team (5 including yourself).
You will be in charge of running the Civica Financials system on a day to day basis. Currently this client are separating from the ICT provider so they will need to help deal with the challenges and solutions around that.
Other experience that would be needed:
- Experience of Civica Financials System.
- Managing a helpdesk function.
- Macro work within Excel.
- Experience with Reconciliations, Feeder Systems and Payrolling Systems.
