Key Responsibilities as Finance systems manager:
? Project Diversity:
- Spearhead digital transformation projects by migrating our largest clients from traditional to cloud-based accounting solutions.
- Lead corporate finance initiatives by conducting financial due diligence alongside our in-house legal team.
- Drive systems integration, developing app integrations for our more complex clients.
- Design bespoke share structures and corporate vehicles for top-tier clients as part of corporate structuring projects.
?? Seniority and Client Engagement:
- Manage client engagements, upselling services, and play a pivotal role in agreeing on pricing for new projects.
- Lead a small team, ensuring seamless collaboration to complete project work.
- Manage your own Profit and Loss (P+L), showcasing your financial acumen.
- Report directly to the CEO, contributing insights to strategic decision-making.

- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and tech-savviness, navigating multiple accountancy platforms with ease.
?? Project Management Experience:
- Showcase experience in migrations and financial due diligence, proving your ability to lead complex projects.

- ACA / ACCA qualified
