Our client, based in North Birmingham, is currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant on a permanent basis.
The position is due to start as soon as possible, dependent on notice on a full-time basis, and the salary for this position is £50,000.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Leading the international year end audit process, preparing financial statements and guiding through external and internal audits
- Monthly custom submissions and declarations
- Tax compliance and regulatory reporting
- Being the main contact for any regulatory and compliance issues with regards to international office
- Helping deliver month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting requirements
- Assisting the business with ad hoc needs
- Proactively seeking out opportunities to improve systems and business processes to drive efficiencies in internal and external reporting
- Implementation of new e-invoicing system
Experience required:
- Experience in a similar position within Financial Accounts
- Fully qualified
