Job Title: Trainee Paraplanner

Salary: Birmingham

Location: £26,500 - £28,500

The Role:

This role would sit within the back-office function of the business and would involve paraplanning duties as you progress within the role. The ideal candidate would be comfortable meeting clients and able to work in fast-paced professional environment, so someone who is able to present information clearly and concisely with strong written and verbal communication skills is key.

The Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong analytical and numerical skills with a genuine interest in finance.
• Experience working within a Financial Planning or Wealth Management Firm is essential.
• An understanding of paraplanning with knowledge around Suitability report writing is desirable.
• Progress towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent would be advantageous.
• Personable professional who is comfortable dealing with clients both written and verbally.
• A good understand and knowledge around pensions and investments
