Financial Accountant

Quinton Davies is pleased to share a great opportunity for a Financial Accountant to join an established business going through massive growth.

You will be responsible for all cash management and delivering all statutory, tax and regulatory reporting for the business.

A subject matter expert in financial reporting and financial control you will confidently lead and develop our transactional finance team.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and development of accounts payable and accounts receivable team
• Lead on working capital and reviewing cash performance for the business.
• Responsible for cash management and cash forecasting for the business
• Responsible for reconciliation of intercompany balances, balance sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations to agreed month end timetable.
• Responsible for the preparation of all statutory, tax and regulatory reporting
• Responsible for monitoring and improving the internal financial control environment.
• Proactive in improving processes, and business models.

Experience

• Experience in a similar Financial Accounting role.
• Experience of preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and filing tax returns
• Confident in Excel and spreadsheet modelling.
• ACA/ACCA or equivalent; QBE can be considered.
