- Build and maintain a strong financial control environment and culture across the business.
- Ensure thorough and appropriate balance sheet reconciliations.
- Uphold financial control in line with Group manual and policies.
- Manage consolidated reporting for actuals, forecasts, and budgets, including statutory accounts and group reporting.
- Maintain, develop, and leverage finance-related systems.
- Provide leadership, motivation, and development to the team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee balance sheet, cash flow budgeting, and forecasting processes, addressing concerns proactively.
- Review and implement accounting policies and reporting processes for standardisation and alignment with dnata Group.
- Manage relationships with internal and external auditors to enhance Financial Reporting and control environment.
- Extensive experience in financial roles, with travel industry background preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and financial control frameworks.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to re-engineer and improve business processes.
- Familiarity with travel industry regulatory rules and environment.
- Leadership skills with excellent influencing and negotiating capabilities.
- Analytical, numerate, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
- Organisational and time management skills.
