Financial Accountant - Ftc

Blackwaters recruiting a Financial Accountant role on a 1 year FTC for a global manufacturing business based in West Sussex. £45,000 salary and hybrid working.

Responsibilities:

• Manage General Ledger for assigned entities and oversee various financial activities.
• Prepare journal entries, ensure accurate balance sheet reconciliations, and review transactions.
• Interpret financial regulations, analyse statements, and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with subsidiaries, generate management reports, and assist with audits.
• Support Finance Manager and regional finance team as needed.

Requirements:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP, other GAAP experience is advantageous.
• Advanced Excel capabilities.
• AAT qualified and/or ACCA/CIMA part qualified.

Desirable:

• Experience with ERP systems, SAP highly desirable.
• Experience working for a US led multi-national company.
• Working within a manufacturing organisation
