My client are a circa £30 million turnover E-Commerce Fashion business that are privately owned. The business has experienced growth year on year, and plans to grow again in 2024. The business has a really good reputation in the market and has a powerful online presence.
Job Description
- Support the Financial Controller in the continuous improvement of month-end processes
- Preparation of management accounts
- Experience and ability to run and manage audit process
- Support on the preparation of statutory accounts and corporation tax
- Support the growth of the business as it expands globally by ensuring compliance with all tax rules
- Assist with budget and forecasting
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Support the FC in cost saving projects
The Successful Applicant
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Practice experience preferred
- Ability to meet deadlines and work with other team members to ensure work is delivered on time
- Results driven and detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
- Excellent stakeholder management ability, including confidently conducting meetings and updating senior leaders on key numbers
- Knowledge of Sales Tax is a distinct advantage
