• Guardian of Financial Systems: You'll oversee the General Ledger and Chart of Accounts, ensuring they are robust and evolve as the company grows. Your role is crucial in maintaining the financial backbone of our business.
• Leader in Statutory Compliance: Prepare the annual financial statements and lead the external audit process. Your expertise will be key in navigating compliance complexities with ease.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications: A strong academic background and a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW).
• Experience: Proven experience in leading finance teams, with a hands-on approach to accounting and controls management. Retail sector experience is a plus.
