Description

• Oversee the accounting department's operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external audiences.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategic financial plans.
• Liaise with external auditors, ensuring all procedures are met.
• Implement and maintain systems for collecting, analysing, verifying, and reporting financial information.
• Provide guidance to the accounting team and foster a supportive work environment.
• Contribute to budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to support business decision-making.

Profile

A successful Financial Accounting Manager should have:

• Professional accounting certification (e.g. ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent understanding of financial regulations and accounting processes.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Job Offer

• A competitive salary ranging from £70,000 - £75,000 per annum.
• 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
