Robert Walters - Financial Accountant - Permanent - Solihull (hybrid) - £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
Our client is currently seeking a Financial Accountant to join their finance team. They offer a dynamic work environment and ample opportunities for professional growth and development. You will be an integral part of our client's finance team, responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing accurate financial statements, and supporting financial planning and analysis activities. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial reporting processes.
Key responsibilities of the Financial Accountant
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies
Key essentials of the Financial Accountant
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong Excel skills
