The Role: Administrator
- Provide a comprehensive personal and confidential administrative service to all advisers
- Booking review meetings for advisors with existing clients (not cold calling)
- Processing applications
- Speaking to suppliers for information and passing to clients
- Adhere to procedures and systems which will ensure the efficient running of the Administration Team
- To prioritise work appropriately to meet competing demands
- Investigate and respond to adviser queries in a timely manner
- Maintain appropriate filing and record systems, including confidential documents and files to ensure immediate access when required
- Assist with monitoring and reporting
- Ensure filing, photocopying and other general administration tasks are completed in a timely manner
The Person: Skills & Experience
As an Administrator, you will need:
- Excellent customer service and the ability to build rapport
- Experience working within a financial setting, mortgages/ pensions/ investments
- Good time management and planning skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office Programs
- Strong willingness for personal development and to learn
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Adaptable and flexible
- Self-motivated and willing to work at times in isolation and as part of a wider team
Full training will be given and for the right applicant there is the opportunity to progress within the SJP Accreditation Framework to become a Paraplanner, Mortgage Advisor, Financial Advisor.
Hours: 9-5 Mon - Fri
Holidays: 24 days plus Bank Holidays
