The role:
As a Financial Administrator, your key responsibilities involve managing clients' administrative tasks, including coding and posting invoices and expenses claims, coordinating information collation, addressing day-to-day queries, preparing payment runs, maintaining supplier details, and overseeing receivables ledgers. Additionally, you will assist Management Accountants with collating and posting accounting records, ensuring accurate and timely financial filing, resolving review points in our quality control process, and monitoring the purchase ledger and sales ledger to address issues proactively. While prior experience in a finance team is essential, exposure to outsourcing practices and client service elements is beneficial but not mandatory. Fluency or business-level proficiency in German is ideal for this role.
Although an accountancy qualification or progress toward one (ATT/AAT/CIMA) is desirable, it's not a strict requirement. We also offer personal coaching tailored to your individual aspirations beyond formal qualifications.
