Financial Controller

Reed Finance is pleased to be partnering with a successful Avonmouth-based business with ambitious plans for the future. They are looking for a commercially focused senior finance professional to partner with the MD.
Salary circa. £75,000
Flexible working and hybrid working (1 day a week wfh)
As Financial Controller you will be the face of Finance, working closely with the MD and partnering with various stakeholders, you will ensure that systems and processes are as efficient as possible.

Responsibilities include:

• Cashflow forecasting.
• Budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Business partnering with various stakeholders, being the 'go-to' person for all things Finance.
• Supporting the MD with decision-making.
• Improving systems and processes.
• Managing the Finance function. 

There is ample scope to add value in this role, and an opportunity to progress to Finance Director in a few short years.
