As part of the senior leadership team, this is a key position within the organisation. Working closely with the Directors, key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Production of monthly management accounts and reporting
- Preparation of budgets and cash flow forecasts
- VAT Returns
- Compliance with Import and Export requirements
- Processing the company payroll
- Liaising with external accountants
- Bank reconciliations
- Managing and supporting the part time Finance Assistant with both Purchase and Sales Ledger management
- Other duties as required of an SME Company Accountant
