This will include: Developing and implementing financial strategies and objectives Overseeing the preparation of financial reports and statements Managing the company's treasury and cash flow Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations Providing financial advice and support to the senior management teamResponsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the finance department Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Develop and implement financial reporting and control systems Manage the company's treasury and cash flow Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations Provide financial advice and support to the senior management teamQualifications and Experience: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification Strong understanding of financial accounting, reporting, and analysis including costings Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits: Competitive salary and benefits package circa £50k Opportunity to work with a leading manufacturing company Chance to make a significant contribution to the company's success
