Financial Controller

CMA Recruitment Group is exclusively partnering with a PE backed services business to recruit a forward thinking and adaptable Financial Controller. The Financial Controller will be responsible for a broad remit, including the leadership of a small finance team.

What will the Financial Controller role involve?

• Ensure the timely and accurate production of the monthly Management Accounts including P&L, Balance Sheet Cashflow Forecasting and KPI’s.
• Develop and execute the company's financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Overseeing effective day-to-day management of the company’s funding sources including but not limited to Invoice Factoring across multiple currencies and multiple legal entities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, laws, and accounting standards in the UK, Ireland, and USA
• Collaborate with the CFO and executive team to develop strategic financial plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Suitable Candidate for the Financial Controller  vacancy:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with 3+ years’ experience in similar roles.
• Proven experience in a similar finance leadership role.
• Human capital services experience, specifically the Recruitment sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
