Great business, great culture, and all-round great role for a qualified and experienced Financial Controller with aspirations to progress to Finance Director.
This £16.5 million business has enjoyed year on year growth over the past 5 years, and now recognises that the appointment of a hands-on and qualified Financial Controller will form a vital part of executing the exciting and very achievable growth plans that the board of directors have set out in collaboration with the whole business community.
The role will be broad and reporting directly to the board you will have full autonomy in leading the growing finance team, in implementing a full range of financial controls, in taking the lead in all things financial planning/modelling and much more. One key project that you will manage from day 1 involves the implementation of a new ERP system and with an acquisition on the horizon, your working days will fly by!
The package is generous, offering a clear roadmap for progression towards FD. Car allowance is included along with a keen EBITDA bonus scheme, hybrid working and a whole host more.
