Job Title: Sales Office Manager
Salary: Up to £40,000

Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 9:00am - 5:00 pm

As the manager of their inbound sales team, you will play a key role in supporting and leading the sales desk. Your responsibilities will include handling administrative and operational activities to ensure efficient client interactions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly team and contribute to the continued success of our client.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Previous line management experience on an inbound sales coordination desk
Ability to mentor, coach, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in using various computer systems and software relevant to sales coordination and team management. Previous experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant tools.
Previous experience conducting 1-2-1s.
Skilled in dealing with complaints efficiently and effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Efficiently processing customer orders placed by telephone and email.
Assisting with enquiries from customers via inbound communications, and dealing with escalation calls from the team
Complaint handling
Maintain customer records and data is all up to date.
Being the point of contact from the sales coordination team and the wider business
Line management to a team of 2.
Coaching and mentoring the team and carrying out 1-2-1s.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Holiday allowance: 20 days, plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 day per completed year (max 23 days).
Pension: Statutory
