Are you ready to make a real impact in a dynamic environment with an FMCG business that is a real success story? In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a dedicated team responsible for exceptional customer service and sales administration. As Sales Office Manager, you’ll be:
- The Customer Champion: Ensure top-notch service by overseeing accurate order processing, managing customer inquiries (both email and phone), and fostering strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- The Team Coach: Motivate and guide your team to deliver excellence. You'll conduct performance reviews, provide mentorship, and implement development plans.
- The Data Guardian: Maintain the integrity and accuracy of all customer data in the CRM system, generating insightful reports for the senior management team.
- The Collaborative Partner: Work closely with our sales representatives, acting as a liaison and escalation point for complex customer issues.
- The Process Optimiser: Continuously analyse and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Identify bottlenecks, develop solutions, and implement changes to streamline operations.
- The Sales Supporter: Contribute to marketing activities and initiatives, playing a key role in our overall sales success.
To thrive in this role, you'll have:
- Proven experience in sales administration.

- Tech-savviness with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
