Your new role
Your job will be to support a team of 6 who have all been in post for several years so they don't need baby-sitting as they process orders, support customers and manage ongoing relationships with clients the length and breadth of the country.
It's a busy job and as well as looking after your team, you'll also have key and major clients of your own that you will look after so you won't miss out on any of the excitement!
What you'll need to succeed
We're keen to hear from people with experience of people management in a customer service, sales or general office environment. Of course, you'll be comfortable working with Word, Outlook and Excel, but if you've also used Great Plains, then that will turbocharge your application as will some experience of export procedures and paperwork.
