Job Description
- Manage the financial health of the organisation
- Develop and monitor budgets
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
- Oversee the work of junior finance team members
- Maintain a comprehensive set of controls to mitigate risk
- Coordinate with external auditors for regular audits
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Aid in the decision-making process through financial insights
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Controller should have:
- A professional accounting qualification or be Qualified by Experience
- A clear understanding of financial regulations and legislation
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
- Proficiency in financial software
