Customer Services Manager (Repairs)

Our client, based in East Devon, is currently recruiting for a Customer Services Manager (Repairs) on a 6-month temporary contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is between £26.00 - £30.00 per hour on an Umbrella basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience line managing within a call centre environment, social housing repairs and able to attend the office 4 days per week.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Manage a busy Housing Repairs call centre team to ensure all calls are answered within agreed response times and all required repairs are recording into in house systems

• Liaise with the repairs team to ensure that repairs have been completed and pass on any updates to tenants

• Oversee staff and monitor diaries to ensure that any staff leave is covered

• Ensure all repairs are completed and that in house systems are updated to reflect completed works

• Liaise with all stakeholders and internal staff/management and pass on relevant updated regarding repairs works

Experience required:

• Knowledge of Housing/Repairs services,

• Public sector experience

• Experience overseeing/managing a team

Working hours:

• 37 hours per week

• Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
