Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations and processes
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis
- Implement financial strategies aligned with growth objectives
- Collaborate with senior management for decision-making insights
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Optimize financial operations through best practices and systems
- Manage contractor timesheets and payment processes
- Monthly internal payroll and year-end accounts support
- Work closely with leadership to support growth initiatives
- Collaborate with other departments for financial guidance
Requirements:
- ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent
- Hands-on financial management experience
- Previous finance experience in recruitment preferred
- Understanding of contract-driven businesses
- Proven ability to handle broad and diverse finance duties
- Strong system skills with process understanding
