Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations and processes
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis
• Implement financial strategies aligned with growth objectives
• Collaborate with senior management for decision-making insights
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Optimize financial operations through best practices and systems
• Manage contractor timesheets and payment processes
• Monthly internal payroll and year-end accounts support
• Work closely with leadership to support growth initiatives
• Collaborate with other departments for financial guidance

Requirements:

• ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent
• Hands-on financial management experience
• Previous finance experience in recruitment preferred
• Understanding of contract-driven businesses
• Proven ability to handle broad and diverse finance duties
• Strong system skills with process understanding
