An exciting opportunity has come up for a Financial Inclusion Support to join our Financial Inclusion Team on a part-time and permanent basis at our Westminster Bridge Road office.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience in a support role working with a diverse range of audiences.
  • Have experience carrying out administrative duties such as making phone calls, drafting emails, taking detailed notes, updating case record, completing application forms, appointment booking using Microsoft Office and Teams.
  • Experience in pro-actively contacting clients, understanding their specific circumstances and offering support.
  • To be an effective timekeeper, listener, communicator and have prior experience prioritising workloads.
  • To be able and willing to attend appointments with Financial Inclusion Specialists and residents when required.

A bit about the role:

As a Financial Inclusion Support, you’ll be providing high quality support to the Financial Inclusion Specialist so that their measurable yearly financial and non-financial outcomes are met.

Some of the key results for the role include:

  • To maintain a central electronic filing system, ensuring all key documents are retained and updated as necessary.
  • Set up new information recording systems as appropriate.
  • To update AdvicePro (database) to reflect contact with clients and case progression.
  • To record statistical information based on client activity; collating information on financial gains for clients, and demographic information.
  • To undertake general administrative duties such as copying, scanning and mail outs as required.

Desirable

  • Some knowledge of UK state benefit system, housing benefits and how these affect Peabody residents.
  • Ability to learn new software packages such as Advicepro, NEC Northgate and Microsoft Forms and other relevant IT and non-IT related functions.

This role will require an Enhanced DBS check and a minimum of 1 - 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge road office is required.

FTE salary: Circa £32,200 pro rata (35 hours)
Part time salary: Circa £27,640 (30 hours)
