Pertemps are delighted to bring to market an exciting opportunity based in Edinburgh City Centre. We are working with an Independent Accountancy Practice who are looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join their team.
As a Financial Planning Administrator, you'll become a key part of the team, working closely with financial advisors to offer support.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to both Advisors and Paraplanners, ensuring back-office systems, and documents are accurate and up to date.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, communicating relevant information and answering enquiries.
- Produce and review FInancial Planning documents, ensuring these are compliant.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fellow colleagues, advisors, and clients.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience working within a financial services environment.
- Excellent organisational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multi-task,
- Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to confidently communicate with clients and colleagues.
