The Burford Recruitment Company are working with a highly successful private wealth company located in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire who are seeking a Financial Planning Administrator to join their expanding team.
Reporting to the Head of Advisory Support Administration, you will be responsible for supporting the Technical Support teams, and Financial Advisers with a variety of administration duties. This is a busy and fast paced, office based role and would suit an individual who enjoys working in a friendly, supportive small team.
As Financial Services Administrator, you will be responsible for,
- Dealing with Client administration cases
- Generate and Updating Fact Finds on the client database
- Creating and distribution of meeting packs to all Advisers
- Management and processing of Private Client tax returns
- Assist with production and distribution of bi-annual statement for clients
- Assist and support Clients with their Online Account issues
- Processing New Business.
Skills and attributes required
- Previous administrative experience in Financial Planning, financial services, wealth management is essential
- High attention to detail and level of accuracy
- Ability to manage own workload and work within a small team
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure at times
