Partner Financial are collaborating with a leading, global manufacturing group based in London. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the successful candidate will join a high-performing team, playing a key role in the financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning for the business, while supporting the end-to-end finance operation and reporting process.

The company is part of a leading group and their product offering, as well as their commitment to sustainable production, has positioned the brand at the forefront of its market and main competitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the Financial Planning process for the business, whilst coordinating the financial plan and quarterly forecast processes for the Group, ensuring consistency between cycles and across different teams
• Working alongside the Head of Finance in the month-end close and quarterly reporting processes
• Developing efficient reporting procedures to ensure the Board receive appropriate and meaningful information on business performance
• Accelerating FP&A cycles using Anaplan and automations including the creation of dashboards.
• Ensuring clear, concise, and timely insights are delivered to relevant internal and external stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate:

• A Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Working experience in a large, matrix organization would be advantageous
• Outstanding commercial acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders both internally and externally
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present data to the stakeholders
• Demonstrated systems skills having hands-on use of BI tools, and Advanced Excel capability
• Previous management experience would be advantageous
