What will you do?
- Guide a broad range of clients through regulatory change in the Financial Services sector
- Advise on a range of issues across the breadth of financial service clients
- Advise on FSMA/RAO/Handbook (incl. SYSC, PERG, SUP, COBS,MCOBS,ICOBS, CASS/DISP), IDD, appointed representatives regime (including SUP 11)
- Lead on cutting edge matters including Emerging Tech such as Digital Assets/Crypto Assets
- Enjoy cross collaboration with multiple departments
What will you need?
- To be an experienced solicitor or legal executive with around 4 pqe
- Solid experience of financial services regulation gained in a recognised team
- To want to progress to a managerial role
