Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 plus bonus
A Real Estate Investment firm are looking to hire a Financial Reporting Manager to manage the external and internal reporting for a £1bn portfolio as part of a listed business.

The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Review and where required prepare reporting for the audited, quarterly group financial statements
- Manage the year end accounts production process and audits for the Group's SPVs
- Transaction support for asset / corporate acquisitions and disposals, bank financing etc
- Ad hoc Financial Reporting for investors
- Identify control gaps and recommend improvements to controls or documentation.
- Work closely with and provide support and guidance to fund administrators regarding fund accounts, carry calculations and partner statements
The role is well suited to someone with around 1-3 years' post qualified experience either coming directly from Practice or someone who has gained some experience in a finance team after leaving Practice.
