An exciting opportunity has arisen within a highly reputable and growing financial advisory firm (IFAs) for an Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already has experience of working within a financial advisory firm seeking career development or someone with strong administration skills gained within a professional services environment and now seeking to step into the financial planning sector.
Your new role
Providing administration support to the advisers and their clients, you will often be the first point of contact for all administrative enquiries, which will often be broad ranging and challenging. Key responsibilities will include processing new business across the full range of financial planning including pensions, investments, life assurance, liaising with product providers, assisting the advisers to prepare documentation for client meetings.
What you\'ll need to succeed
Experience of working within a financial advisory company or professional services, strong administration and organisational skills, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to adapt, a passion for providing high levels of client service.
