Role/ Department:
Working in the Technology Solutions and Consulting Team in Asset Servicing, the Technology Relationship management will assist clients and Northern Trust partners.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Serve as a connection point between technology resources at our clients and within Northern Trust to execute the strategic direction of business function activities.
- Keep clients abreast of Northern Trust's technology strategy and work to ensure clients and Northern Trust Technology remain aligned.
- Act as a Technology Champion within Northern Trust, including presenting the latest technologies to internal partners and clients.
- Consult with clients on technology modernization including data delivery methods and data strategy.
- Assist the RFP team with technology questions.
- Help with client audit questionnaires and presentations.
- Experience within Asset Servicing or other Financial Services business.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- Experience with both technology and client service.
- Ability to translate technology speak to a non-technical individual.
- Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
- Ability to influence and educate others.
- Experience solving complex problems using technology.
- Strong interest in new technologies.
