You will join us on a full-time basis on a permanent contract and, in return, you will receive a competitive salary of depending on your experience. ?Human Appeal is a faith-based charity that aims to abolish poverty by providing humanitarian aid, sustainable development programs and championing advocacy for our beneficiaries worldwide. ?As Financial Systems Analyst (FSA) the successful candidate will play an role in performing system administration and support the implementation of the global financial system to all Human Appeal Offices worldwide. This includes training and supporting systems users, performing systems configuration and opening balances upload as well as month end and year end close activities.?We are ideally looking to appoint somebody immediately to this role. ?Benefits of joining us as our FSA include:

Key duties and responsibilities of the FSA:

• Perform Systems Administrator role for the global financial system.
• Support and oversee the global Financial Systems Implementation in all Human Appeal offices worldwide
• Working with stakeholders to establish core requirements of new finance systems and ensure that the core requirements are continuously updated
• Leading the implementation and configuration of the global financial system for new Human Appeal offices within timescale and budget
• Managing security access to all finance systems including creation new user groups, and controlling access where required
• Ensure implementations follow best practice and help users streamline their business processes
• Provide ongoing support for existing users
• Develop user documentation and deliver classroom-based courses/online training
• Test new releases, functionalities and reports including coordinating user acceptance testing
• Business partnering with ICT and stakeholders throughout the organisation, to manage expectations and maintain systems integrity throughout.
• Continuously seek improvements to work processes replacing manual work with automated processes.
• Develop and maintain existing reports to deliver business critical information to Finance users and the Management across the organisation
• Liaise with financial system vendor to coordinate customisation work and escalate support case to them as necessary
• Travel to overseas Human Appeal Offices as necessary to implement the financial system as required
• Any tasks as required by the Director of Finance and Head of Systems & Development

What we’re looking for in our FSA :

• Degree-educated in a relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years’ solid knowledge and proven experience of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision/Business Central
• Intermediate level Excel
• Experience using MS Office Suite.
• Fluent written and spoken English is essential. Additional languages such as Arabic, Urdu are desirable
• Passionate and knowledgeable about the international development sector
