What our client is offering for the successful Fire Protection Contract Manager:
- £60,000 - £65,000 p/annum
- Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.30
- Permanent

The Role - Fire Protection Contract Manager:
- Project Management; Plan, execute, and monitor multiple passive Fire Protection projects
- Review project proposals, contracts
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect project progress and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and quality standards
- Stakeholder Management; Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Compliance and Quality Assurance; Implement quality control measures to maintain the highest standard of
workmanship and passive Fire Protection systems - Health and Safety; Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and
implement appropriate control measures - Financial Management; Manage project budgets, monitoring expenditures, and cost control measures to
ensure projects remain within financial targets - Continuous Improvement; Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in project
management and execution
What we are looking for in an Fire Protection Contract Manage:
- 5 years experience in a contracts manager role
- Must be FIRAS, IFC or equivalent assessed - ESSENTIAL
- Proven experience in managing passive Fire Protection projects preferably in the construction industry
