What our client is offering for the successful Estimator :
- up to £35,000 p/annum
- Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00
- Permanent Position

The Role - Estimator :
- Conduct thorough evaluations of project specifications, drawings, and site conditions to understand the scope and requirements for passive Fire Protection
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor services required for passive Fire Protection projects
- Collaborate with the bidding team to develop competitive and compelling bid proposal
- Analyse and review project costs
- Stay up-to-date with local and national building codes and Fire Protection regulations
What we are looking for in a Estimator :
- Proven experience as an estimator in the passive Fire Protection sector or a related construction field - ESSENTIAL
- Graduates will be considered with some exposure within the construction industry within estimating and costing - DESIRABLE
