As the Fire Risk Assessor you will be:
- Carrying out a type 1, 3 and 4 Fire Risk assessment program in domestic housing, care and support schemes and other properties where housing has responsibility
- Evaluate existing Fire Risk assessments.
- Carrying out surveys and following any major works carried out on properties.
- Identify hazards and risks associated with fire in general and specialist buildings and processes
- Report Fire Risk issues including any directly related to awareness of reporting arrangements for residents and occupants
Qualifications / Experience:
- Experience of working as a Fire Risk Assessor within residential housing and care schemes including the application of PAS 79.
- NEBOSH Fire Certificate
- Level 3 in Fire Risk assessments
- Completed a minimum of 20+ Fire Risk Assessments within the last12 months
- Minimum of 3 years' experience of undertaking Fire Risk assessments
As the Fire Risk Assessor you will receive:
- Salary: ?£41,565 (£45, 940 is achieved after 12 months successful performance in the role)
- 35 working hours a week, Monday to Friday
