Job Title: Business to Business Sales Executive
Duration - Fixed term contract - 12 months
Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 OTE 30K with an achievable commission structure
Location: Shirley - onsite car parking
Hours: HYBRID - 37 hours - Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00, early finish on a Friday
Tuesday & Friday at Home

Our client, a well-established and professional organisation within the education sector is recruiting for a Sales Executive with previous sales experience, or a passion to learn to join their friendly team with fabulous staff retention.
With a focus on revenue and brand growth, this is a fast-paced, but supportive fun role where you will be given full training and the tools to play a major part in delivering and supporting sales across all services through the use of in and outbound calls. With excellent administration skills, this role entails a lot of Administration duties.
Key Duties:
- Achieving daily achievable, revenue targets through professional in and outbound sales via an active database, including current and past customers as well as a large prospect database of over 40,000 large corporates and SMEs to promote the organisations broad range of products and services.
- Account management and relationship building duties by conducting customer care calls to existing members, students and corporate clients.
- Carrying out Administration based tasks such as email communication, updating records and letters.
- Working with the other members of the membership and marketing team, managers and directors across the organisation in line with the revenue and corporate goals
- Abiding by policies and procedures with the ability to operate within the scope of the accredited quality standards - ISO9001.
- Ability to make decisions in terms of terms of relationships with customers is high, in line with the need to move quickly.
- Handling enquiries and data-cleaning activities
- Attend external events to promote the organisation (possible overnight stay)
Person Specification:
- Successful outbound Sales experience or interested to start a career within sales.
- Proactive, keen and eager to learn with an excellent telephone manner and communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels.
- Suited to a sales-orientated, target-driven and professional but fun environment.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills, with the ability to fit into an already successful marketing and business development team.
- The desire to shine in a competitive, high-energy and fun environment.
- IT literate to a good standard and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Receptive to training and personal development - full training provided.
