Salary: £37,162 (dependent on experience)

We are actively seeking a committed Fire Safety Advisor to become an integral part of our client's team, contributing significantly to the maintenance of Fire Safety standards across their diverse range of properties.

Job Summary:

As a Fire Safety Advisor, you will collaborate closely with the Fire Safety Manager to address all fire-related matters within our client's properties. Your key responsibilities will include providing both technical and general Fire Safety Advice, conducting thorough fire risk assessments aligned with HTM05 and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, and delivering comprehensive Fire Safety training. Your holistic approach will ensure effective recognition, planning, and implementation of Fire Safety measures.

Required Skills and Experience:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Degree in Fire Engineering, Engineering Science, Fire Safety, or equivalent
• Specialist qualification in fire engineering/Fire Safety (postgraduate/diploma level)
• Certificate in training practice or substantial experience in training preparation and delivery
• Membership in a professional organisation (e.g., IFE, IFPO)
• Proficiency in fire risk assessments and conducting audits
• Comprehensive knowledge of Fire Safety legislation, codes of practice, and excellent communication skills
