Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Fire Safety Manager to address fire-related issues across all properties.
- Conduct detailed fire risk assessments and provide Fire Safety training.
- Manage fire prevention, detection, and response strategies.
- Develop and maintain fire risk assessments and action plans.
- Provide advice on structural fire protection for existing and new buildings.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Fire Safety standards and regulations.
- Lead in delivering comprehensive Fire Safety training programs for all employees.
- Offer technical support to capital projects and maintain Fire Safety equipment.
- Collaborate with external agencies like fire services and contractors for optimal safety solutions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Enhanced, valid DBS certificate is essential for this position.
- Passionate about Fire Safety and proactive in risk management.
- Strong technical understanding of Fire Safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in conducting fire risk assessments and training.
- Qualifications in Fire Engineering/Science or equivalent experience.
- Membership in relevant professional organizations is desirable.
