Company Overview - Fire & Security Project Manager

Our client, a leader in their sector, are currently looking for a Fire & Security Project Manager to join their highly valued team on a full-time basis.

This Company design, install and maintain bespoke accredited commercial fire protection systems.

The role would be varied across all areas of the design, purchase, quality and procurement process, and management of specific project areas.

Fire & Security Project Manager Role and Responsibilities:

• Project manage installations of bespoke fire suppression systems.
• Manage subcontractor teams.
• Assist with project plans, procurements of parts, assistance with the Service team and with generating O&M handover packages.
• Liaise with engineers to retrieve correct data and documentation.
• Assist and accompany personnel to site for call outs initially and service/remedial work/fault findings and potential client upgrade options.
• Carry out surveys to price and spec new enquiries.
• Carry out Recommendation Reports.

Fire & Security Project Manager Skills and Experience:

• A Full UK Driving Licence or equivalent (Essential).
• Experience servicing and installing Fire Suppression and/or Fire Alarm systems.
• Knowledge of the design and costing process for projects and maintenance planning.
• Managed a team of engineers who carry out installation and/or service work, including training requirements, quality of work, and health & safety.
• Willingness to travel around country as required for projects and some overnight stay is required
• Ideally East Midlands but this is not essential
