Firmware Engineer

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll be part of the next generation development of robust and efficient actuation products. Alongside others in the team your expertise and experience in product development will be responsible for shaping requirements, making technology choices and shaping implementation. You'll creatively blend theoretical knowledge with practical application, collaborating with a team of experienced professionals.

Experience Requirements:

• Experience with full life cycle development in embedded C programming (C programming at ‘bare metal’ level).
• Worked on NPI projects focused on embedded software within products.
• Ability to write & test robust, quality code to industry standards.

The Successful Candidate:

• A practical problem solver, working from initial concept design through full product life cycle and into the early phases of production.
• Proactive in developing new skill areas of engineering within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Proficient in communicating your ideas and issues to all project stakeholders.
