Role Summary:
The 1st Line Support Engineer will serve as a vital touchpoint for client users, ensuring prompt issue resolution and maintaining high satisfaction levels. Based in Towcester, this role involves handling inbound service requests, assisting in client deployments and upgrades, and collaborating with senior engineers for complex issues. Monitoring system statuses and accurately documenting all work within Halo PSA will be key responsibilities.

Main Duties:
- Diagnosing and resolving IT, Connectivity, Telephony, and Mobile issues for client users.
- Escalating complex issues to senior/specialist engineers when necessary.
- Setting up new PCs & laptops, performing hardware fixes and upgrades, and monitoring systems via RMM dashboard.
