About the role
With support of the venue manager, the Rock and Sole Duty Manager will analyse KPI's to control food costs and labour and be able to follow and implement stock control systems to maximise gross profit margin. They will lead and develop the team around them, offering all coaching needed to be successful. They will maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in both team and the working environment, and ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health and Safety legislation as well as the company policy.
About You
Having a passion for delivering exceptional food quality and service is key to this role! The Rock and Sole Duty Manager will have the competence to comply with menu specifications, and ensure they are implemented and maintained by the team. They will have really strong communication skills, and be able to keep their team engaged and well informed at all times. They will be well organised, and be able to ensure we have the right team in the right place at the right time. This role does require work at weekends and evenings, so flexibility is important.
