About the role
The Firehouse Grill Duty Manager will role model behaviour by leading the way as a visible presence in the venue, delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. They will lead and develop the team with support of the manager, demonstrating effective communication and ensuring all team are up to date with relevant information. With the support of the manager, the Duty Manager will ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety legislation, they will analyse KPI's to control food costs and labour and will be able to follow and implement stock control systems to maximise gross profits.
About You
The Firehouse Duty Manager will have a desire to progress within a leadership role in a retail restaurant environment. They will have knowledge of stocktaking, labour control and health and safety practises in catering. The ideal candidate will thrive when working in a fast paced, high volume environment, and will be passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to guests and visitors. They will be motivated to develop a team to deliver exceptional service to guests and visitors. A personal license holder is advantageous but not essential.
